Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (or frozen if not in season)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (you can use almond, soy, or oat milk)
  • 1 serving of strawberry protein powder
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on desired sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and put them in the blender.

  2. Peel the ripe banana and put it in the blender.
